We take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our offerings. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns will be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • You have received the wrong product compared to your order.

  • The product packaging is tampered with or missing safety seals.

⚠️ Products are not eligible for return if:

  • They have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased under special bulk order, clearance, or export deals (non-returnable unless defective).

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, invoice copy, and product images showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm the return process.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • For bulk/wholesale orders, refunds may be provided as credit notes or replacements instead of direct payment reversal.

Veterinary Consultation Services

  • Fees paid for veterinary consultation services are non-refundable, as these are professional services rendered at the time of booking.

  • If you face any issues with the consultation, please contact us, and we will try our best to resolve the concern.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products supplied by us.

  • For large bulk/wholesale shipments, reverse logistics will be coordinated by our team on a case-by-case basis.
